NEW EXHIBITION CENTRE IN MILAN

Project: In view of the need for bigger exhibition spaces, in 2004 Fiera Milano S.p.A. embarked on a project to relocate the Fiera di Milano Exhibition Centre from the city centre to a more peripheral area near the town of Rho. The new “Fiera Milano” exhibition district opened in 2005 and is used to host the biggest exhibitions. The new “Fiera Milano” and the original “Fiera Milano City” sites are linked by the Metro, so that together they form one of the biggest trade fair venues in the world.
