They began in February 2016 the works for the restoration of the ancient Cascina Continassa that would welcome the new headquarters of the Social Club Juventus. RecchiEngineering has joined the professional team working on the project to redevelop and upgrade the Continassa Area (with a total surface area of around 148,000 sq. m.) owned by Juventus Football Club. The company will be responsible for construction supervision and safety coordination during the execution stage.

The “J Village” property fund is developing a new sports city that will transform the Continassa Area next to the Juventus Stadium on the north-western outskirts of Turin. This is a project of strategic importance for Turin, conceived to pump new life into a run-down area that has been abandoned for a long time .

The aim is to develop a single centre to house several functions, including football pitches, the new head office, an hotel and the International School of Europe, with its own swimming pool, gym and auditorium.
After undergoing a major overhaul, the old Continassa farmstead will house the new Juventus Club Head Office.

Alongside the Juventus Training Centre for the first-team, there will be a hotel for corporate media events and a concept store. The project also includes a new road linking Corso Scirea and Via Traves.
